Come join Stephanie & Chris on mauka makai for an unforgettable day of sailing on magnificent Sandy Hook Bay. Start your adventure with a beautiful sail followed by anchoring for lunch at Horse Shoe cove where you'll swim, paddle board, float on our rafts, rest, read, or just catch some rays on mauka makai's bikini pad. Close it all out with another relaxing sail back to our home port, where you'll be invited to take a turn at the helm of our amazing vessel. We will work with you to custom tailor your adventure to the specific needs of your family creating a day of discovery, fun, and connection.

Sunset Cruises

Bare Boat Sailing Charters w/Captain & Crew

If you have ever dreamed of sailing and living in style with your family on your own private sailboat in the Caribbean or New England then this adventure is for you. A Bare Boat Sailing Charter is when you Charter (rent) a luxury vessel from a boat charter company and hire/bring your own personal captain and crew with you to pilot the vessel and move it to a new location each day. It is the equivalent of having your own personal chauffeur, guide, and assistant to move your floating accommodations anywhere you desire within the chain of islands, secluded lagoons, and tiki bars you have selected. Whether it's finding that private anchorage away from it all, a toes in the sand family dining experience, or a much needed date night ashore for just mom and dad, Stephanie and Chris will be with you to make it happen. We are intimately familiar with sailing the Abaco islands of the Bahamas, the US and British Virgin Islands, and the islands of New England including Fishers, Shelter, Block, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. We find just the right vessel in the island chain you desire to sail, work with your family to build an exclusive cruising itinerary, and then sail with you to ensure your dreams come true.
Cruises are 5-7 Night Adventures and are priced according to destination, time of year, and vessel size.

Adaptive Ski Instruction
Big Snow Indoor Mountain - East Rutherford NJ

Our dream is to make the world of skiing accesable to everyone. During the summer months True North Adventures makes the world of skiing available to children and young adults with special needs at Big Snow's amazing indoor ski facility. Stephanie is an accomplished physical therapist dedicated to working with children with special needs and a certified National Abilities Center ski instructor. She is joined by Chris who is a Nationally Certified PSIA ski instructor and PSIA Children's Ski Specialist. Both have trained extensively out of Park City, UT. Together they bring a one of a kind approach specifically geared towards each students unique learning ability and desired achievement. This coupled with Big Snow's climate controlled, safe, and viewer friendly design creates the perfect environment for families to share in their child's growth and new found love of the sport.
2 Hour Private Lessons Include Instruction, Lift Ticket, Equipment & Clothing rental.
Individual and group rates are available upon request.

Family Ski Vacations

By combining certified National Abilities Center Ski Instructor Stephanie with nationally certified PSIA Ski Instructor Chris we are able to create a day and lesson plan that works for everyone's individual goals while at the same time allowing all of you to experience the day together.
